Publish a mod in four commands.

No account approval queue and no review board. Sign with your own key, push, and the registry serves it. What gets checked is the manifest, not your taste.

01
Create a key

One key per publisher. It stays on your machine and signs every release you push.

axiom key new
02
Claim your namespace

Reverse-DNS, bound to your key. Nobody else can publish under it.

axiom claim com.example
03
Sign the package

Content-addressed, with the manifest readable without unpacking it.

axiom sign
04
Push it

Live immediately. Semver rules apply, and a published version is never replaced.

axiom publish
PUBLISHwhat the registry checks
$ axiom publish
[ OK ] manifest valid, id dev.carson.betterhud 0.3.1
[ OK ] namespace dev.carson matches signing key 9f2a1c4e
[ OK ] capabilities declared: ui.overlay@1 input.observe@1 entity.transform@1
[ OK ] targets treyarch.bo2 >=1.0.0.3, profile v4 resolves every symbol
[ OK ] dependency dev.carson.hudkit ^2.0 exists
[WARN] version 0.3.1 is a patch bump but the config schema changed
a schema change is a minor bump: consider 0.4.0

Rules, all of them

Declare what you use
An undeclared capability is a load failure, not a surprise at runtime.
A published version is immutable
You can yank a version so it stops being installed. You cannot swap its contents.
Native mods carry more weight
They run unsandboxed, so they never auto-update and every install prompts.
Nothing that targets a protected game
Mods for titles with kernel anticheat are refused at publish, same as at attach.

Pick the tier on purpose

TIER W

Installs without a prompt, auto-updates, runs on every backend. Publish here unless you have a reason not to.

TIER N

Fewer installs, more friction, one binary per platform. Worth it only when the frame budget genuinely demands it.

One registry, and an account to publish to it

The launcher and the CLI read one registry, and reading it needs no account. Publishing does: sign in with GitHub and claim the namespace your ids go under.
